Network Specialist | Duluth, MN or Cedar Rapids, IA

Involta is seeking a full-time Network Specialist who will be responsible for Network Infrastructure, Security and VPN configuration for client networks.  The Specialist role is an entry level position with p rimary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members.  Additional responsibilities include implementing solutions per a design document,  monitoring LAN/WAN network devices and helping ensure an optimized and stable network infrastructure.   The Network Specialist will also create documentation and maintain that documentation through the change process.

Systems Specialist | Duluth, MN or Cedar Rapids, IA

Involta is seeking a full-time Systems Specialist who will be responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms. This role will have a concentration on system backups and associated technologies. The Specialist role is an entry level position with primary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members.  A Specialist will be asked to create documentation and maintain that documentation through the change process.

This position can be located at either our Duluth, MN or Cedar Rapids, IA locations.

Systems Analyst | Duluth, MN and Cedar Rapids, IA

Involta is seeking two full-time Systems Analysts, whom are responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms.  The Analyst role is responsible for owning the overall design, implementation of their technology footprint.  An Analyst will mentor other members in their group and help develop talent.  The Analyst role is considered the top of the escalation path internally and will be responsible for owning problems until they are resolved. 

Operations Administrative Assistant | Freeport, PA

Involta is looking for an upbeat and team-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant for our newest world-class data center.  This position is primarily responsible for providing office management, facilities coordination and receptionist duties.  

Carrier Services Intern | Youngstown, OH

Involta is seeking a self-motivated part-time Carrier Services Intern, with a strong aptitude and desire to learn in a professional and technical environment.  Throughout the internship, the intern will learn the overall responsibility of monitoring the availability of Involta’s network and will act as the first point of contact for the Carrier Services team.  In doing so, the intern will manage a ticket que, perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to appropriate team members as needed.  This includes the support of Involta’s MPLS and WAN connectivity, as well as L1 transport services and circuit management. 

Database Administrator | Cedar Rapids, IA or Independence, OH

This full-time position will provide expertise on Microsoft Dynamics AX Involta projects, as well as Involta customers on varied telecommunications, technology, and security projects. This Database Administrator position is specifically positioned to add expertise to the core team of Involta employees.  This position will build strong relationships with strategic customers, and provide customers with service that exceeds expectations.

NOC Specialist | Freeport, PA

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians. 

Sales Account Executive | Cleveland/Akron, Ohio

Responsibility for the selling of Involta products and services within the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio region. Work to meet planned goals and objectives.  Able to consistently generate, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities that provide profitable revenue.  Consistently builds an effective pipeline and executes on each phase of the sales process.  Articulates business solutions that resonate with the customer and demonstrates a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to carry out a repeatable sales process.
