Systems Administrator | Boise, ID

The Systems Administrator works under general supervision to plan, design, sustain, and performance-tune Systems, Storage and Backup environments across the organization, while ensuring high levels of data quality and availability.  This individual is also responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals and objectives.

Data Center Specialist | Boise, ID

Involta is seeking a full-time Data Center Specialist at its Boise, ID location.  The Data Center Specialist is an entry level position, with primary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members, repairs and maintenance of all facilities within the Data Center (excluding Power), and acting as the contact for emergency situations that affect the Data Center’s ability to operate. Additionally, the Data Center Specialist will assess and consider daily 1) the security of Involta’s assets, 2) the security of Customer’s assets, and 3) the safety of employees and customers. 

Solutions Architect Manager | Cedar Rapids, IA

Involta is currently seeking a talented, full-time Solutions Architect Manager located in Cedar Rapids, IA.  The Solutions Architect Manager is an experienced, expert-level technologist who provides leadership and development of the Solutions Architect (SA) team, whom are responsible for generating revenue through consulting engagements, technology assessments and customer migration projects.  The SA team also is responsible for assessing emerging technologies, participating in the Involta product development process and developing custom solutions to address customer needs that are not easily serviced by Involta’s standard product catalog.

Client Success Manager | Boise, ID

The Client Success Manager acts as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship and is primarily responsible for escalation, oversight of client projects and implementations, building and maintaining of relationships with client contacts and coordination of the client loyalty process.  In addition, this position is responsible for optimizing profitability and efficiency of client services delivery while providing the highest level of client satisfaction, as evidenced by increases in profit margins and client retention.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate, detail oriented and technically competent with a relentless focus on delivering responsive, exceptional results to our clients.

Systems Analyst | Akron/Cleveland/Youngstown, Ohio

Involta is seeking a full-time Systems Analyst, whom is responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms.  The Analyst role is responsible for owning the overall design, implementation of their technology footprint.  An Analyst will mentor other members in their group and help develop talent.  The Analyst role is considered the top of the escalation path internally and will be responsible for owning problems until they are resolved. 

NOC Specialist | Freeport, Pennsylvania

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians. 

Sales Account Executive | Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibility for the selling of Involta products and services within an assigned geographic region. Work to meet planned goals and objectives.  Able to consistently generate, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities that provide profitable revenue.  Consistently builds an effective pipeline and executes on each phase of the sales process.  Articulates business solutions that resonate with the customer and demonstrates a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to carry out a repeatable sales process. 

Regional Sales Engineer | Pittsburgh, PA

Involta is currently seeking a talented and energetic Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts for the Pittsburgh sales team.

The Sales Engineer will work as a member of the sales team to provide technical knowledge and support to the sales process, influence client solutions and position Involta services that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role you will work with the regional sales and operation teams to supplement their expertise in data center and managed services offerings in order to gain technical acceptance from the client and drive sales revenue.

Solutions Architect | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is currently seeking a talented, full-time Solutions Architect located in one of the Involta markets (Cedar Rapids, IA, Boise, ID, Tucson, AZ, Duluth, MN, Cleveland/Akron/Youngstown/Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA).  The Solutions Architect is an experienced, expert-level technologist responsible for generating revenue through consulting engagements, assessing emerging technologies and developing custom solutions to address customer needs that are not easily serviced by Involta’s standard product catalog offerings.

Data Center Manager | Freeport, PA (Northeast Pittsburgh)

The Data Center Manager will be responsible for managing the daily work functions for a high security data center.  The manager will be accountable for ensuring the data center operations meet the functionality and reliability to meet customer Service Level Agreements and expectations.  The qualified candidate will work with all organizational levels and groups, as well as external vendors.

Product Manager | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is currently seeking a talented, full-time Product Manager located in one of the Involta markets (Cedar Rapids, IA, Boise, ID, Tucson, AZ, Duluth, MN, Cleveland/Akron/Youngstown/Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA). The Product Manager defines the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product/service to market.  This role is critical in articulating the business value of products that are in development to operations and architecture teams in order for these teams to better understand the market driven problem being solved.  The Product Manager will act as the lead role for the organization when deep product expertise is required.  This position will report to the Marketing Director and will be measured by its success in managing product offerings, internal and external communication, training, promotion, product portfolio and pricing activities that drive profitable growth in our markets.
