NOC Specialist | Marion, IA

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians.

Network Administrator | Muscatine, IA

The Network Administrator is responsible for Network Infrastructure, Security and VPN configruation for client networks.  Further responsibilities include, design and implementation of projects, monitoring LAN/WAN network devices and helping ensure an optimized and stable network infrastructure.

Sales Operations Analyst |

Involta is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for its Sales Department. This position will be responsible for leading the Involta Sales organization’s operations, opportunity reporting, tracking and process improvements to ensure profitable revenue growth. Support and work with the company management team, sales and marketing and employees across the entire organization. 

Marketing Director |

The Marketing Director is responsible for planning, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies and programs to meet organizational objectives. This position will be measured by its success in managing the marketing, internal and external communication, promotion, product portfolio and pricing activities that drive profitable growth throughout Involta markets. 

Data Center Specialist | Duluth, MN

The Data Center Specialist is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within the Data Center (excluding Power), acting as the contact for emergency situations that affect the Data Center’s ability to operate. Additionally, the Data Center Specialist will assess and consider daily 1) the security of Involta’s assets, 2) the security of Customer’s assets, and 3) the safety of employees and customers. This position will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services.

Service Desk Technician | Youngstown, OH

Primarily responsible for fielding support requests that are received at Involta and ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level agreement expectations. Problem resolution will involve the use of diagnostic and support request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give remote, hands-on support at the desktop level.
