Data Center Manager | Freeport, PA (Northeast Pittsburgh)

Involta is seeking a full-time Data Center Manager for our newest world-class data center in Freeport, Pennsylvania.  The Data Center Manager will be responsible for managing the daily work functions for a high security data center.  The manager will be accountable for ensuring the data center operations meet the functionality and reliability to meet customer Service Level Agreements and expectations.  The qualified candidate will work with all organizational levels and groups, as well as external vendors.

Operations Administrative Assistant | Duluth, Minnesota

Involta is looking for an upbeat and team-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant for one of our world-class data centers.  This position is primarily responsible for providing office management, facilities coordination and receptionist duties.  

NOC Specialist | Duluth, MN

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians. 

Telecom Administrator | Muscatine, IA

The Telecom Administrator is responsible for Telephony infrastructure, voicemail, and call center configuration for client networks.  Further responsibilities include, design and implementation of projects, monitoring all critical hardware and helping ensure an optimized and stable infrastructure.  Specifically the Administrator role is responsible for trouble ticket escalation, implementing solutions per a design document, and occasional design work.

Project Coordinator | Any location, U.S.

Involta is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to add to its PMO team.  The Project Coordinator will coordinate provisioning requests for both the Company and its Clients, by utilizing the defined processes, other methodologies and best practices.  This position is ultimately responsible for and measured by the successful deployment of all deliverables of provisioning efforts and projects, within time and budget constraints.  

This position can be located at any Involta location (Tucson, AZ, Boise, ID, Cedar Rapids, IA, Duluth, MN, Cleveland/Akron/Youngstown, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA).

Sales Account Executive | Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibility for the selling of Involta products and services within an assigned geographic region. Work to meet planned goals and objectives.  Able to consistently generate, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities that provide profitable revenue.  Consistently builds an effective pipeline and executes on each phase of the sales process.  Articulates business solutions that resonate with the customer and demonstrates a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to carry out a repeatable sales process.
