Regional Sales Engineer | Youngstown, OH or Akron, OH

Involta is currently seeking a talented and energetic Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts for the Youngstown/Akron region.

The Sales Engineer will work as a member of the sales team to provide technical knowledge and support to the sales process, influence client solutions and position Involta services that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role you will work with the regional sales and operation teams to supplement their expertise in data center and managed services offerings in order to gain technical acceptance from the client and drive sales revenue.

Sales Account Executive | Akron, OH

Responsibility for the selling of Involta products and services within an assigned geographic region. Work to meet planned goals and objectives.  Able to consistently generate, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities that provide profitable revenue.  Consistently builds an effective pipeline and executes on each phase of the sales process.  Articulates business solutions that resonate with the customer and demonstrates a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to carry out a repeatable sales process. 

NOC Specialist | Akron, OH

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians. 

Client Success Manager | Youngstown, OH

The Client Success Manager acts as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship and is primarily responsible for escalation, oversight of client projects and implementations, building and maintaining of relationships with client contacts and coordination of the client loyalty process.  In addition, this position is responsible for optimizing profitability and efficiency of client services delivery while providing the highest level of client satisfaction, as evidenced by increases in profit margins and client retention.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate, detail oriented and technically competent with a relentless focus on delivering responsive, exceptional results to our clients.

Senior Account Manager | Youngstown, OH

The Senior Account Manager is the face of Involta to existing clients.  He/she is responsible for active client relationship management, and selling of Involta products and services within an assigned group of existing clients while managing staff.  He/she works to meet planned goals and objectives; and is able to consistently identify, qualify, and generate opportunities that provide profitable revenue.  The Senior Account Manager ensures Involta clients: a) are regularly communicated with and satisfied; 2) maintain their revenue business via renewal process; and c) grow their revenue footprint with Involta.

Technical Purchasing Agent | Cedar Rapids, IA & Youngstown, OH

As the Technical Purchasing Agent, you will need to be able to communicate intelligently and effectively with sales, sales engineers, external and internal customers and vendors. This position will require an individual who has a basic understanding of IT terminology, products and infrastructure components (compute, storage, network, etc.)

Network Administrator | Muscatine, IA

The Network Administrator is responsible for Network Infrastructure, Security and VPN configruation for client networks.  Further responsibilities include, design and implementation of projects, monitoring LAN/WAN network devices and helping ensure an optimized and stable network infrastructure.
