Involta COVID-19 Response

03/16/2020

At Involta, we take our responsibility to support our clients, our employees and our communities seriously. As part of that responsibility, Involta has implemented a work from home mandate beginning, Monday, March 16, 2020. Only required onsite operational personnel are expected to report into offices as scheduled. Per guidance from local, state and national officials, we are making this move with an abundance of caution regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the uncertainty of the situation for future weeks. We believe this to be a responsible and thoughtful course of action to the current events.

What this means to our clients:

We do not anticipate any impact on client services during this time. Involta maintains a robust telecommuting infrastructure supporting many employees today. Our tools and processes are built to support telecommuting operations.

Our data centers and facilities will maintain full operations with staff essential to onsite operations. Additional measures and precautions are being taken at our facilities to ensure the health of our employees and a safe working environment.

We ask clients who require access to our facilities to review the following considerations:

  • Client staff that shows signs of an illness should not attempt to enter and may be denied access to our facilities.
  • Client staff that has traveled outside the United States in the last 30 days should self-quarantine and inform their employer.
  • Client staff that has been in the locality of individuals presenting symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever) should self-quarantine and inform their employer.

As a recommendation, and to reduce traffic at our facilities, we would ask our clients to utilize all remote options available before sending anyone to one of our facilities.

Involta will work with all of our clients as needed to assist in maintaining your operations throughout this event. If you are impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and need assistance with systems or services, please contact support@involta.com, and we will work with you to maintain your operations.
