Cedar Rapids, IA – Involta, LLC, an industry-leading managed IT, cloud computing and data center services company, announced today the hiring of Jean O’Neill as Vice President of Channel Management.
O’Neill comes to Involta with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with extensive expertise within channel. She was instrumental in building channel programs at both Rackspace and Terremark/Verizon. O’Neill graduated magna cum laude with a degree in communication from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She is an early and active member of Cloud Girls, a nonprofit community of female technology advocates dedicated to educating themselves and their stakeholders about the vast and dynamic cloud ecosystem.

Adding a VP of Channel Management to the Involta team will extend Involta’s market reach to complimentary companies, industries or manufacturers by sharing leads, sales opportunities and marketing initiatives. O’Neill will work with value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), consultants, systems integrators (SIs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), independent software vendors (ISVs) and distributors to foster professional relationships and drive Involta’s sales.
In 2016, Involta experienced tremendous growth by beginning construction on new data centers in both Cleveland, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Involta clients now enjoy access to 14 colocation facilities, over 5,500 miles of fiber, and an expert bench of nearly 200 employees.
