Involta Hosts Involta Cares Event to Promote Healthy Lifestyles in the Community

Akron, Ohio – Involta, LLC, an industry-leading hybrid IT, cloud computing and data center services company, hosted Involta Cares in Akron on September 18, 2018. The event focused on promoting healthy habits for business and personal IT security, financial well-being and overall health. The event featured expert speakers on the various topics and provided local organizations the opportunity to come together, educate and network.

Involta Cares “It’s great to see so many community members interested in the ways they can secure their cyber footprint.” said Involta’s CISO Anna Ilg, who spoke at the event about healthy habits in cybersecurity. “A lot of people don’t understand the role technology plays in personal well-being, and it was rewarding to share my insights with the community.”

Ilg was one of three speakers at the Involta Cares event in Akron, and her topic of expertise, cybersecurity, covered considerations such as security software, passwords and hacking. Other speakers touched on healthy financial habits, tracking spending, nutrition and intellectual wellness.
