Systems Analyst | Any Location, U.S.

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms.   The Analyst role is responsible for owning the overall design, implementation of their technology footprint.  An Analyst will mentor other members in their group and help develop talent.  The Analyst role is considered the top of the escalation path internally and will be responsible for owning problems until they are resolved. 

Systems Administrator | Any Location, U.S.

The Systems Administrator works under general supervision to plan, design, sustain, and performance-tune Systems, Storage and Backup environments across the organization, while ensuring high levels of data quality and availability.  This individual is also responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals and objectives.  Additional responsibilities include trouble ticket escalation, implementing solutions per a design document, occasional design work, and documentation of design plans.  Administrators own specific technology implementations and will escalate to more senior members of the team as needed.

Sales Engineer | Pittsburgh, PA

Involta is currently seeking a talented and energetic Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts for the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania sales team.  The Sales Engineer will work as a member of the sales team to provide technical knowledge and support to the sales process, influence client solutions and position Involta services that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role you will work with the regional sales and operation teams to supplement their expertise in data center, cloud and managed services offerings, in order to gain technical acceptance from the client and drive sales revenue.  This position will be measured by its success in contributing to the sales objectives and business goals for the region.

Network Administrator | Boise, ID

Involta is seeking an experience Network Administrator to add to its rapidly growing team.  The Network Administrator is responsible for Network Infrastructure, Security and VPN configuration for client networks.  Further responsibilities include, design and implementation of projects, monitoring LAN/WAN network devices and helping ensure an optimized and stable network infrastructure.  Specifically the Administrator role is responsible for trouble ticket escalation, implementing solutions per a design document, and occasional design work. Administrators own specific technology implementations and will escalate to more senior members of a team as needed.

Systems Specialist | Cedar Rapids, IA

Involta is currently seeking a full-time Systems Specialist for its Cedar Rapids, Iowa location.  The Systems Specialist will be responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms.  In addition, this entry level position will focus primarily on managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members and the creation and maintenance of documentation through the change process.

Service Desk Technician | Duluth, MN

Involta is seeking to add a full-time Service Desk Technician to its team in Duluth, MN.  The Service Desk Technician is primarily responsible for fielding support requests that are received at Involta and ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.  This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level agreement expectations.  Problem resolution will involve the use of diagnostic and support request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give remote support at the desktop level.  This position requires a keen eye for attention to detail and the ability to be resourceful in the changing landscape of Information Technology.  In addition, the successful candidate will be results driven, and committed to building and maintaining client relationships.

Product Specialist | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is currently seeking a talented, full-time Product Specialist to add to its growing team.  The Product Specialist provides support to the Involta product and marketing teams from a standpoint of training, design support and documentation development.  In addition, the Product Specialist acts as the primary subject matter expert regarding Involta products and services being delivered to customers.  Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position will be measured by its success in managing product offerings, internal and external communication, training, promotion, product portfolio and pricing activities support that drive profitable growth in our markets.

Storage & Backup Administrator | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is looking to add an experienced full-time Storage & Backup Administrator to its team.  A Storage and Backup Administrator is responsible to deliver and support both customer and internal projects; performing project implementation through to support.  Additionally, Storage and Backup Administrators enforce good practices and standards within the team.  Administrators provide investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure components related to storage and backup solutions.

Client Service Delivery Manager | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is seeking a full-time Client Service Delivery Manager to act as the primary point of contact for matters relating to the Services being delivered to the client. This position will be integral in the quality of service and client satisfaction for delivered services. This position will interact with IT Operations teams within the client and within Involta. This position will be involved in Governance Committees and Operational meetings regularly. This position will develop, compile and deliver reporting per the agreement. The secondary role for this position will be to help create a framework by which Involta can replicate portions of the processes used to benefit other areas within Involta.

Chief Information Security Officer | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is seeking a full-time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who will be responsible for the development of the Company's security related services, as well as the administration of compliance and assurance activities as deemed necessary by the Company.  Reporting to the CEO, this individual will drive compliance, audit and security issues, as well as participate with senior management in the overall management of the Company's business.  The CISO will ensure both the regular and timely release of innovative security solutions that satisfy market requirements, and the effective integration and coordination with other organizations.
