Service Desk Technician | Youngstown, OH

Involta is seeking to add a full-time Service Desk Technician to its team in Youngstown, Ohio.  The Service Desk Technician is primarily responsible for fielding support requests that are received at Involta and ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.  This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level agreement expectations.  Problem resolution will involve the use of diagnostic and support request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give remote support at the desktop level.  This position requires a keen eye for attention to detail and the ability to be resourceful in the changing landscape of Information Technology.  In addition, the successful candidate will be results driven, and committed to building and maintaining client relationships.

Project Manager | Tucson, AZ

Involta is seeking a full-time Project Manager to provide professional project management for projects utilizing the Project Management Process based on the principles of the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as other methodologies and best practices. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Company and Customer projects.  This position is ultimately responsible for the successful deployment of all deliverables of a project within time and budget constraints as estimated by the project team.  The Project Management role also has responsibility for continually maturing the Project Management Process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

A Systems Analyst Lead will be responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms.  The Analyst role is responsible for owning the overall design, implementation of technology footprints and how well those systems fit the business need of a client.  As a leader, the Systems Analyst Lead will provide daily guidance to the systems team, mentor the team members in their group and develop team talent.  The Analyst role is considered the top of the escalation path internally and will be responsible for owning problems until they are resolved.

The Network Administrator is responsible for Network Infrastructure, Security and VPN configuration for client networks.  Further responsibilities include, design and implementation of projects, monitoring LAN/WAN network devices and helping ensure an optimized and stable network infrastructure.

The SOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the security of client and internal networks.  The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians. The Specialist role is an entry level position with primary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members.  A Specialist will be asked to create documentation and maintain that documentation through the change process.

Sales Engineer | Boise, ID

Involta is currently seeking a talented and energetic Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts for the regional sales team.  The Sales Engineer will work as a member of the sales team to provide technical knowledge and support to the sales process, influence client solutions and position Involta services that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role you will work with the regional sales and operation teams to supplement their expertise in data center, cloud and managed services offerings, in order to gain technical acceptance from the client and drive sales revenue.  This position will be measured by its success in contributing to the sales objectives and business goals for the region.
