Involta is looking to add a full-time Technical Account Manager to its team in Muscatine, IA. A Technical Account Manager is responsible for Customer satisfaction, and technical infrastructure as it relates to Involta Managed Services Customers. Further responsibilities include, managing diverse groups of people across multiple technical disciplines including systems, network and telephony, and being a the primary customer interface for support, project work and sales support.
The Manager’s role is considered an escalation path for urgent customer and internal issues and will often require a Manager to handle difficult relationship impacting conversations. Ultimately a Technical Account Manager is responsible for the operational health of the Customer(s) relationship.
