Systems Specialist | Youngstown, OH

Involta is currently seeking a full-time Systems Specialist to add to its growing team.  The Systems Specialist will be responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms.  In addition, this entry level position will focus primarily on managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members and the creation and maintenance of documentation through the change process.

Data Center Specialist | Youngstown, OH

Involta is seeking a full-time Data Center Specialist to support operations of our Youngstown, Ohio facility.  Under general supervision, the Data Center Specialist performs basic day-to-day activities to operate the Data Center per policies and procedures.  In addition, they provide support to customers, staff and/or contractors and act as first point of contact for after hour response to Data Center problems or issues.

Network Operations Center Specialist | Marion, IA

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks.  The specialist is an entry level position with primary responsibilities os managing a ticket queue, reacting to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians.  In addition, the NOC Specialist will be asked to create documentation and maintain that documentation through the change process.

Director of ServiceNow Solutions | Any Location, U.S.

The Director of ServiceNow Solutions will be the InvoltaOne technical lead / technical project manager for all ServiceNow solutions and manage all of the InvoltaOne ServiceNow technical resources both internal and external.

Service Desk Technician | Boise, ID

Involta is seeking to add a full-time Service Desk Technician to its team in Boise, Idaho.  The Service Desk Technician is primarily responsible for fielding support requests that are received at Involta and ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.  This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level agreement expectations.  Problem resolution will involve the use of diagnostic and support request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give remote support at the desktop level.  This position requires a keen eye for attention to detail and the ability to be resourceful in the changing landscape of Information Technology.  In addition, the successful candidate will be results driven, and committed to building and maintaining client relationships.

Process Administrator | Akron, OH

The Process Administrator collaborates with executives, staff, field personnel, and the technical team to understand and address real-world issues encountered during daily operations, as the company continues to mature their business processes.  As part of the Service Management Organization this position will be an integral part of the Company’s continuous improvement objectives. The role will work to maximize the effectiveness of the Company’s business processes throughout the organization, meet the Company standard of Operation Excellence, while at the same time providing an exceptional user experience.

Service Desk Technician 2 | Boise, ID

Involta is seeking to add a full-time Service Desk Technician to its team in Boise, Idaho. The Service Desk Technician 2 is primarily responsible for responding to client inquiries and escalations from Level 1 Technicians, and ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolution of client issues.  This includes providing requests for technical assistance, offering possible solutions and coordinating support actions with other staff as needed.  Problem resolution will involve the use of diagnostic and support request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give remote support at the desktop and server level.  Level 2 Technicians are also responsible for establishing and building relationships with clients by demonstrating willingness to pursue improved courses of action, delivering products and services that best serve client needs and using client feedback as a basis for improving service.

Systems Administrator | Any Location, U.S.

The Systems Administrator works under general supervision to plan, design, sustain, and performance-tune Systems, Storage and Backup environments across the organization, while ensuring high levels of data quality and availability.  This individual is also responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals and objectives.
