NOC Specialist | Independence, OH

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians. 

Network Administrator | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is looking to add a full-time Network Administrator to its team at one of our world-class data centers.  The Network Administrator is responsible for Network Infrastructure, Security and VPN configuration for client networks.  Further responsibilities include, design and implementation of projects, monitoring LAN/WAN network devices and helping ensure an optimized and stable network infrastructure.

Accounts Payable Specialist | Cedar Rapids, IA

Involta is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist, who will be responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments. The primary function of an Accounts Payable Specialist is to ensure that a company's bills are paid on time and that the company is not overcharged for any service.

Client Service Delivery Manager | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is seeking a full-time Client Service Delivery Manager to act as the primary point of contact for matters relating to the Services being delivered to the client. This position will be integral in the quality of service and client satisfaction for delivered services. This position will interact with IT Operations teams within the client and within Involta. This position will be involved in Governance Committees and Operational meetings regularly. This position will develop, compile and deliver reporting per the agreement. The secondary role for this position will be to help create a framework by which Involta can replicate portions of the processes used to benefit other areas within Involta.

Chief Information Security Officer | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is seeking a full-time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who will be responsible for the development of the Company's security related services, as well as the administration of compliance and assurance activities as deemed necessary by the Company.  Reporting to the CEO, this individual will drive compliance, audit and security issues, as well as participate with senior management in the overall management of the Company's business.  The CISO will ensure both the regular and timely release of innovative security solutions that satisfy market requirements, and the effective integration and coordination with other organizations.

Client Success Manager | Duluth, MN or Cedar Rapids, IA

The Client Success Manager acts as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship and is primarily responsible for escalation, oversight of client projects and implementations, building and maintaining of relationships with client contacts and coordination of the client experience.  In addition, this position is responsible for optimizing profitability and efficiency of client services delivery while providing the highest level of client satisfaction, as evidenced by increases in profit margins and client retention.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate, detail oriented and technically competent with a relentless focus on delivering responsive, exceptional results to our clients.

Manager of Network and Telecom | Any Location, US

The Manager of Network and Telecom Services is responsible for managing a geopraphically dispersed team in support of the network and telecom infrastructure for Involta's Managed Services offerings and internal business needs.  As part of the Technical Services Team, this position focuses on proactive maintenance, planning, and automation to drive efficiencies and optimize costs.  The team works together with other technology platform teams in order to deliver consistent and coordinated solutions.  Further responsibilities include capacity planning, lifecycle management planning, project delivery, and budget development and management.  Employee development and customer interface are also important duties of this position.

The Manager role is considered an escalation path for urgent customer and internal network and telecom issues.

Manager of Client Technical Support | Youngstown, Ohio or Cedar Rapids, IA

The Manager of Client Technical Support is responsible for the planning, directing and reporting of the Client Technical Support group, including oversight of the operational health of clients technical infrastructure, as it relates to Involta's Managed Services offering.  Working as part of the Service Delivery team, and reporting to the Director of Service Delivery, the Manager of Client Technical Support is instrumental in coaching his/her team, which consists of individuals with diverse technical backgrounds (e.g. systems, network and telephony), to deliver best in class client support.

Storage Analyst | Any Location, U.S.

Involta is seeking a full-time Storage Analyst to be responsible for design, deployment, management, administration, and issue resolution of enterprise storage and backup solutions, supporting both customer provisioning and internal projects.  The analyst role is responsible for the overall design, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management of the storage and backup technology footprint.  Additionally, while they are considered the top of the escalation path internally, they are also responsible for mentoring other members of their group in order to develop talent.

Systems Analyst | Duluth, MN, Cedar Rapids, IA and Youngstown, OH

Involta is seeking three full-time Systems Analysts, whom are responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms.  The Analyst role is responsible for owning the overall design, implementation of their technology footprint.  An Analyst will mentor other members in their group and help develop talent.  The Analyst role is considered the top of the escalation path internally and will be responsible for owning problems until they are resolved.
