Network Operations Center Specialist | Marion, IA

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks.  The specialist is an entry level position with primary responsibilities os managing a ticket queue, reacting to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians.  In addition, the NOC Specialist will be asked to create documentation and maintain that documentation through the change process.

Service Desk Technician 2 | Duluth, MN

Involta is seeking to add a full-time Service Desk Technician to its team in Duluth, Minnesota. The Service Desk Technician 2 is primarily responsible for responding to client inquiries and escalations from Level 1 Technicians, and ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolution of client issues.  This includes providing requests for technical assistance, offering possible solutions and coordinating support actions with other staff as needed.  Problem resolution will involve the use of diagnostic and support request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give remote support at the desktop and server level.  Level 2 Technicians are also responsible for establishing and building relationships with clients by demonstrating willingness to pursue improved courses of action, delivering products and services that best serve client needs and using client feedback as a basis for improving service.

The Security Administrator is responsible for the administration of the organization's information and data security policies and practices.  The Security Administrator not only ensures that the information is protected in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability, but also that only authorized users can readily access the information.  

Client Success Manager | Youngstown, Ohio

Involta is seeking a full-time Systems Specialist who will be responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms. This is an entry level position with primary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue, escalating issues to appropriate team members and the creation and maintenance of documentation through the change process.

Systems Administrator | Boise, ID

The Systems Administrator works under general supervision to plan, design, sustain, and performance-tune Systems, Storage and Backup environments across the organization, while ensuring high levels of data quality and availability.  This individual is also responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals and objectives.

Involta is looking for an experienced Network Analyst who will be responsible for Network Infrastructure, Security and VPN configuration for client networks, as well as owning the overall design and implementation of their technology footprint.  Further responsibilities include, design and implementation of projects, monitoring LAN/WAN network devices and helping ensure an optimized and stable network infrastructure.  By being considered the top of the escalation path internally, the Network Analyst will also be responsible for mentoring and developing talent.   

Data Center Manager | Duluth, MN

Involta is seeking a full-time Data Center Manager for our newest world-class data center in Duluth, Minnesota.  The Data Center Manager will be responsible for managing the daily work functions for a high security data center.  The manager will be accountable for ensuring the data center operations meet the functionality and reliability to meet customer Service Level Agreements and expectations.  The qualified candidate will work with all organizational levels and groups, as well as external vendors.

Director of ServiceNow Solutions | Any Location, U.S.

The Director of ServiceNow Solutions will be the InvoltaNow technical lead / technical project manager for all ServiceNow solutions and manage all of the InvoltaNow ServiceNow technical resources both internal and external.

Technical Account Manager | Muscatine, IA

Involta is looking to add a full-time Technical Account Manager to its team in Muscatine, IA.  A Technical Account Manager is responsible for Customer satisfaction, and technical infrastructure as it relates to Involta Managed Services Customers.   Further responsibilities include, managing diverse groups of people across multiple technical disciplines including systems, network and telephony, and being a the primary customer interface for support, project work and sales support. 


The Manager’s role is considered an escalation path for urgent customer and internal issues and will often require a Manager to handle difficult relationship impacting conversations. Ultimately a Technical Account Manager is responsible for the operational health of the Customer(s) relationship. 

Sales Engineer | Pittsburgh, PA

Involta is currently seeking a talented and energetic Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts for the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania sales team.  The Sales Engineer will work as a member of the sales team to provide technical knowledge and support to the sales process, influence client solutions and position Involta services that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role you will work with the regional sales and operation teams to supplement their expertise in data center, cloud and managed services offerings, in order to gain technical acceptance from the client and drive sales revenue.  This position will be measured by its success in contributing to the sales objectives and business goals for the region.
