Involta believes in enhancing and supporting the communities in which we live and work. Each employee is eligible for four hours per quarter to participate in activities for charitable organizations or for natural disasters. We’ve donated to food drives, spent time in food and animal shelters and cleaned up parks and roadways.

Ideas are submitted from every department in the company and narrowed down to three.
