05/11/2021

Involta, an industry-leading hybrid IT, cloud computing, and data center services company, today announce that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Annalea Ilg, CISO, to its 2021 Power 60 Solution Providers list. This elite subgroup of honorees was chosen from CRN’s highly regarded Women of the Channel list.

The women honored on this year’s list pushed forward with comprehensive business plans, marketing initiatives, and other innovative ideas to support their partners and customers, helping them through the uncertainty brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic. CRN celebrates these exceptional women for their leadership, dedication and channel advocacy.

CRN’s editorial team selected the Power 60 Solution Providers based on their contributions, expertise and dedication to building strong solution provider businesses. The award recognizes an exclusive subgroup of elite industry role models who continue to drive professional success through leadership and commitment to their own organizations and the entire IT channel.

As Involta’s CISO, Annalea Ilg brings more than 16 years of information security and compliance experience to the company’s portfolio of clients spanning across healthcare, manufacturing and financial services. Throughout the channel, Annalea collaborates with partners to transform an organization’s overall security posture, protecting leading brands nationwide from costly cyber threats.

At Involta, Annalea oversees Involta’s Quality, Security, and Compliance department. “It’s an honor to receive this recognition on behalf of the talented team at Involta and our exceptional customers. It’s my privilege to help manage holistic risk and provide solutions to protect the security, integrity, and continuity of our organization and customers,” stated Annalea Ilg, Involta CISO.

In 2020, Annalea led the inaugural launch of Involta’s Innovation Day and contest to increase employee engagement from all levels of the organization. This annual company-wide initiative, created to foster the company’s innovative culture, was designed by Annalea to spark new groundbreaking ideas across teams and bolster emerging leaders’ exposure while accelerating individual career paths. She also recently led the organization’s recognition in CRN’s 2021 MSP 500 List in the Security 100 category and as a top cybersecurity firm by Crain's Cleveland Business.

“CRN’s 2021 Women of the Channel list acknowledges accomplished, influential women whose dedication, hard work, and leadership accelerate channel growth,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “We are proud to honor them for their many accomplishments and look forward to their continued contributions to the IT channel.”

"Annalea is truly deserving of this most prestigious recognition. With a passion for solving risk, promoting culture change, and executing strategies to deliver edge solutions, Annalea has enabled some of the country’s leading brands to scale and transform securely,” said Bruce Lehrman, Involta CEO. “She also empowers others at Involta and throughout the industry by providing valuable mentorship and growth opportunities. We are proud of Annalea's continued achievements at Involta and across the channel.”

The 2021 Women of the Channel and Power 60 Solution Provider award will be featured in CRN Magazine on May 10th and online at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
