Women in the technology industry have traditionally been hard to find. However, over the last five years or so the pendulum has started to swing. While there is still much progress to be done in the way of increasing women professionals in the STEM industries, Involta’s women employee ratio is above industry standard and the company has enjoyed success because of it. In honor of International Women’s Day, Involta would like to thank all of those who help Drive Technology Forward.
