Chris Klitgaard, the CEO of MediRevv, initially contacted Involta for Contract CIO consulting services. Following Klitgaard enlisted Involta to create a technology strategy that would enable MediRevv projected business growth objectives.
During the discovery phase Involta learned about the MediRevv people, processes and technologies and uncovered they were in the process of a merger and acquisition event. As a result Involta tabled the technology strategy to assist them in the creation of an IT model for M&As that could be used as a repeatable process going forward.
